My life's journey has been rediscovering those parts of me that I lost as a member of a religious cult in my early childhood years, which affected my health and wellbeing in later years. Even though I walked away from this cult at 16 years old the invalid beliefs and programming unconsciously impacted my life, my joys and my relationships.
I help you to make sense of your journey and your experiences to give you a deeper understanding of who you are. I teach you how to explore, embrace and expand who you are. I guide you to find your WHY behind your daily experiences and understand what's behind your un-realised visions. Or perhaps you no longer have the energy or courage to dream anymore because of past experiences. I give you tools and knowledge to assist you to move forward.

My experiences from changing my energy fields has been an interesting journey, one that I continues with today. I am so glad that I found bio-energetics as a partner in my life. I continue to learn about myself each day, finding those deeper layers in my psyche that stopme from fully embracing life with head and heart aligned. I have learnt to embrace all my stories in my journey. In the past I had a good friend that followed me every day, her name was "Resistance". I had to break off my relationship with her to deepen my relationship with myself. Cause this is really what it is all about isn't it? My Relationship with MY-SELF.
