This is Me, Jan, My full name is Janice Marie. When I was a youngster I shortened my name to Jan, as I liked this better. Recently I re-connected to my full name to embody the fullness of who I am. I am happy for you to call me Jan. My life's journey has been rediscovering those parts of me that I lost as a member of a religious cult in my early childhood years. I walked away from this lifestyle when I was 16 years old. In later years my health and wellbeing started to deteriorate as the programming I received in those earlier years were unconsciously impacted my life, my joys and my relationships. |
I do what I do because it brings me immense joy, sounds corny, but it’s true. I get to share people’s journeys, I get to see them change their lives, turn their lives around. They begin to understand themselves on a deeper level. I get to see people shine their light more fully, they become passionate about who they are and what they can contribute to the world.
People change, suddenly the penny drops. An example, a young 21-year-old suddenly realized the “why” behind his vomiting daily for three weeks. We untangled the weeks prior to this and discovered his “why” and he suddenly exclaimed, “I see it all so clearly now”. A wise young man! His words “I am a pretty easy going sort of a guy, I don’t like confrontation, so I keep what I feel to myself and try not to rock the boat, I get it now”. He always kept a tight reign on his emotions. He didn’t know how to acknowledging what he was feeling. He didn’t realize that it was okay to feel angry. Part of being human means that we are emotional beings. His body already energetically imbalanced, with the extra stress sent him deeper down the rabbit hole and his body reacted by releasing daily. It was the only way his physicality knew how to cope with the overload.
So he is now more aware of who he is and what makes him who he is. So now we change the energy imprints in his body fields over the next 4-6 weeks by imprinting new energetic frequencies. He found one of his keys to unlock parts of who he is.
He also has some physical tools to work with on a daily basis. Like how to stay better grounded, acknowledging what he is feeling and finding healthy ways of understanding and releasing his emotions.
