STRESS: a symptom; a result of; a manifestation.
Stress shows up in many ways – clenched jaw, auto immune issues, heart problems, all manner of body pain, neurological issues, lack of concentration, unable to sleep and restlessness.How do we unravel these symptoms? Find the root cause? Alleviate? Repair and recover?

Becoming aware of our programming and releasing negative “stuff”, gives us freedom and vitality, clarity of mind and a sense of purpose. Imagine the human body is like a drain, if left unchecked, or not regularly maintained, it will get clogged up with muck and sludge, causing overflow, flooding and disaster to strike.

What role plays, dramas, stories are creating stress in your life?
You might be happy where you are, or think you are happy, but you find yourself getting annoyed or angry at people in your day-to-day environment. What is creating this conflict in you? It is not the other person that is causing you to be annoyed or angry. You are making yourself annoyed and angry. They are not behaving in a way that you feel is appropriate or doesn’t fit in with your beliefs and values. Not addressing this conflict, will increase your stress levels, you may become angry, frustrated and resentful or something similar.
What is your story? What are some of the role plays being acted out in your life?
Here’s another. You receive a text message from a friend, telling you about something someone believes that you should have done. You didn’t behave in a way they thought was appropriate, according to their beliefs, values and programming. They give you a bad rap. You may have a belief “I am bad” or “I am never good enough”. You have just had your belief verified and it is being replayed. You may react according to your beliefs, values and programming.
As we journey through life and we don’t unblock our human drain regularly, sludge and muck (toxins - physical or emotional) can accumulate and as we age our stress levels increase and our health will suffer.

To give you an example: You have a physical issue with your thyroid, nodes have formed. Showing up in your life is dissatisfaction, you don’t feel good about yourself, you feel insignificant (mental and emotional issues) and perhaps even doubt yourself and your energy in your throat (throat chakra) is blocked it no longer works correctly and you have difficulty communicating your needs (energetic level). You are at a low energetic level. On a bio-chemical level your hormone levels are imbalanced causing tiredness, unexplained weight gain constipation, coldness and dry skin.
