- The short and unprofitable jobs became more streamlined and they were more savvy with management of these types of jobs
- There was a lot of sickness in one week. This created extra stress on work flow and other staff. Often this will happen when first using the TimeWaver.
- The most significant change to date occurred during Jan/Feb 2015. The business is seasonal. For the last 21 years during school holidays turnover would reduce by 30%. In 2015 they experienced a 45% increase in turnover during January and 24% increase in February. In the past this stretched their cash reserves taking 3-4 months to recover. They were able to come back into balance in March.
- A lower emissions scheme has been implemented to reduce emission from their diesel vehicles providing a healthy workplace for their staff and the environment.
