I have had increasing good night's sleep without taking REM tablets and magnesium. I attribute my settled sleeping to the NES infoceuticals which is super since this was a very difficult area for me to tackle and was affecting me dramatically. So the flow on from sleeping better is my moods are better, and I am getting on with my husband and children a lot better than before.
I have noticed an improvement in my vertigo symptoms although not completely gone.
When I was completing an assignment for my teaching course I was able to concentrate and I felt my memory for things was stronger than before using NES. I even managed to get an A+ in my assignment which I have never achieved before in my life. I had some "clean out" symptoms but nothing I could not handle.
So all in all, things are ticking along nicely. Pleased with progress to date and looking forward to more. . CW South Island
