Cancellation Policy
We are a very popular practice and our diary is very busy so we request 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or change of appointment to allow other patients the opportunity to take your appointment.
We will endeavour to give a courtesy call, text or email with 48 hours’ notice to all patients prior to their appointments. Please note this is a courtesy and it remains the responsibility of the patient to attend the booked appointment.
We charge a 50% fee for failed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice unless due to exceptional, unforeseen circumstances.
