Wei’s journey with acupuncture began in her teens, inspired by a family lineage of Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors who instilled in her a deep appreciation for holistic healing practices. Growing up surrounded by the principles of ancient Chinese medicine, she developed a passion for understanding the body's natural balance and restorative powers.

This early foundation led her to pursue advanced studies, where she earned a Master’s degree in Chinese Internal Medicine from Shanghai University, honing her expertise in integrative approaches to health and wellness.

After relocating to New Zealand, she further expanded her skills by obtaining a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage, blending Eastern traditions with complementary therapies to offer comprehensive care.

Now based in Auckland, Wei has been practising as a full-time acupuncturist since 2019, dedicating herself to helping clients achieve optimal health through personalised treatments. Her specialities include musculoskeletal pain relief, sports injuries, and women’s health, where she draws on her extensive knowledge to address a wide range of concerns.

Beyond general pain management, Wei has pursued in-depth studies in women's health, enabling her to effectively treat conditions such as infertility, menstrual irregularities, hormonal imbalances, and other women's health disorders like PCOS, endometriosis, and menopausal symptoms.

By combining acupuncture with her understanding of reproductive health and hormonal regulation, she empowers women to overcome challenges related to fertility and overall well-being, promoting natural healing and balance.
