The Face Sculpting Massage (Face Up Method) is a deep neck, face and scalp massage. It is a process that aims at slowing down ageing by stimulating the fascia, massaging the neck, face and scalp to increase the blood flow and draining the lymphatic fluids. With this technique and a few homework to do at home, you will look younger, feel more energised and be happier. It is a truly amazing alternative to injections as it is going down the natural way, honouring your body and face and fully accepting your beautiful self! Bowen Therapy is a gentle way to holistically heal those aches & pains by manipulating the body's fascia (soft tissue). It consists of sequences of small moves at varying pressures, each, at a specific site on the body. It uses light fascia stimulation between the muscles, tendons, ligaments and the skin. Each move sends an electrical signal to the brain which then sends the signal to the body to heal itself. It is a safe, non-invasive technique that is applied through light clothing. The aim is to rehydrate the body network for maximal function, pain relief and relaxation.

 

Energy Healing (Reiki and Access Consciousness Bars). This works at an energetic level restoring the energy flow within the body. It involves the transfer of Universal energy from my hands to you. It balances the chakra system and leaves you feeling energised & relaxed and you may have some breakthroughs during a session or let go of what does not serve you any longer.
